Working process
The first step
As soon you have come to the conclusion that it is time to change curtains, renew textile of your bedroom, dining-room or your study, you dial 416-417-3410 and invite a designer. Beforehand we discuss your desires with you (a range of colors and texture of desired textile, models of curtains, a type of curtain rods and others).
The second step
A designer comes to you with a catalogue of textiles, curtain rods, accessories for the observation and discussion of your project. We follow your desires and experience of our specialist, we take into account the interior, and we choose the design for your curtains and a textile. We choose the curtain rods taking into account the model of curtains and technical features of your room. We take a picture of your room for to have different kinds of design.
The third step
A designer will take into account your desires and will prepare several designs to decorate your windows. It is three versions of design project which depend on our possibilities:
• Creative
— you don't limit your fantasy and we propose you different models in compliance with your interior.
• Practical — you say how much you are ready to spend for your curtains and we propose you the most acceptable variant, not expensive and at the same time following your wishes.
• Universal — it is combination of both variants. You use your fantasy and we do the prices of it suitable, we discuss it.
We make design project in 2-5 days.
You made your choice.
The fourth step
After discussion of details we clear your order and you make a prepayment for the active storage. We start to do your order. Time for performance of your order 2-4 weeks (in case if we have textile in a storehouse).
The fifth step
Order will be ready in appointed day. We deliver your order; we iron it, hang up curtains, and decorate your window according to design project. We give you recommendations how to use it. You pay remaining amount and you are glad that your idea became real.
